Terms and booking conditions
About these terms
These terms apply when you book a consultation or treatment with Fill Good Aesthetics, a clinic run by Fill Good Aesthetics Ltd (company number 15080264) at Glebe Farm, Church End, Donington, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 4SQ. They sit alongside your rights as a consumer and do not affect them.
Who we treat
We treat over-18s only, and we will decline treatment where we do not think it is in your interest, whatever your age.
Consultations
Your first appointment is always a consultation. It is free, takes about 45 minutes and is face to face, with the person who would carry out any treatment. For anything involving a prescription-only medicine, the law requires a face-to-face assessment before a prescribing decision can be made. You are under no obligation to have treatment.
Booking
You can book by phone, by message, or by asking us to call you back. We will confirm the date and time with you.
Our right to decline or stop treatment
We will decline or stop treatment at any point if we do not think it is safe or in your interest, including after your consultation or on the day itself.
Prices
Prices are as published on our pricing page on the day you book. Treatments involving a prescription-only medicine are not priced publicly; their cost is discussed with you at your consultation.
Results
Everyone responds differently, and we cannot promise a particular result. At your consultation we will tell you honestly what a treatment is likely to do for you, and what it will not.
Aftercare and complications
The two-week review is included with every injectable treatment. If you have a complication arising from treatment we carried out, managing it is not charged for. Our aftercare and complaints page sets out what to look out for and what to do.
Your right to cancel
If you book a paid appointment at a distance, by phone, message or online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from booking to cancel. If you cancel within that period you get back anything you have paid, less a proportionate amount for any service already provided at your request.
Complaints
If something is not right, please tell us. Our aftercare and complaints page explains how to complain and what happens next.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
