About the clinic
Fill Good Aesthetics is led by a nurse prescriber, with private treatment rooms and one appointment at a time in each.
That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. It means nobody is waiting, nothing is rushed, and for injectable treatments the person who assesses you is the person who treats you and the person who sees you at review.
Alicia Marsland, the nurse prescriber, leads a small team that includes Libby Fuller. Prescription-only consultations and injectable treatments are with Alicia, and everyone on the team is fully trained in the treatments they carry out.
A clinic, in a farmhouse, in the middle of Lincolnshire
The clinic is at Glebe Farm on Church End in Donington, with its own entrance and parking directly outside. There is no shared reception, no waiting area with other people in it, and nobody you might know sitting in the next chair.
For a lot of our patients that privacy is the deciding factor. Aesthetic treatment is a personal thing and in a small town it is not always a private one.
How we work
We assess before we treat
Every patient has a face-to-face consultation, every time, including returning patients. Faces change and so do medical histories.
We will tell you when the answer is no
That includes telling you when a treatment will not fix what is bothering you, when you have had enough, and when what you need is a GP rather than a clinic.
Who comes here
Mostly people between their mid-thirties and their sixties, from Spalding, Boston, Donington, Sleaford, Holbeach and the villages between them. A growing number of men. Quite a few people who have had treatment elsewhere and did not like feeling processed.
We treat over-18s only, and we will decline treatment where we do not think it is in your interest — whatever your age.
