Book a consultation
Every first appointment is a consultation. You will not be treated on the day unless it is clinically appropriate and you have had time to think — and you are under no obligation to be treated at all.
Ways to book
Most people book by phone or by message. If you would rather, leave your details below and one of the team will call you back within one working day.

Before you come
Come without makeup if you can, or arrive a few minutes early to remove it.
Bring a list of any medication and supplements you take, including anything from a pharmacy.
If you have had injectable treatment before, bring whatever record you have of what was used and when.
Avoid alcohol the night before if you think you might be treated, and tell us if you are taking anything that thins the blood.
Common questions
Will I be treated at my first appointment?
Only if it is clinically appropriate and you have had time to think about it. For anything involving a prescription-only medicine, a face-to-face assessment has to happen before a prescribing decision can be made. You are never under any obligation to be treated on the day.
What should I bring?
A list of any medication and supplements you take, including anything bought over the counter, and whatever record you have of previous injectable treatment. Come without makeup if you can.
How long does a consultation take?
Forty-five minutes. There is one appointment in the diary at a time, so it will not be cut short.
